1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Dobri Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and "DOBRI LAB" LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria, European Union.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service
• If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You may not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account

3. Service Description

Dobri Lab provides:

• Interactive Linux Labs: hands-on practice exercises for learning Linux system administration and cybersecurity
• Isolated Practice Environments: temporary Linux containers where you execute commands and complete challenges
• Progress Tracking: XP system, completion tracking, and achievement records
• Grading & Feedback: automated evaluation of lab submissions with hints and explanations

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Free Tier:

• Access to limited labs
• Resource and rate limits apply (see Acceptable Use Policy)

Paid Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) unless you cancel
• Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice
• Cancel anytime from your account settings (cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period)
• No refunds for partial months (except as required by law)

5. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Do not share your account or login credentials with others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content, materials, and resources provided by Dobri Lab (lab content, grading scripts, UI, branding) remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell our labs or platform code
• Reverse-engineer our grading algorithms
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Create derivative works without written permission

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of scripts, notes, or configurations you create in containers. However, container data is ephemeral and deleted after your session ends (typically 2 hours). We are not responsible for backing up your work.

8. Privacy & Data Collection

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Create security risks or potential legal liabilities

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after 90 days (see Privacy Policy for retention details).

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party content or actions
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Maximum liability: Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100, whichever is greater).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dobri Lab and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy
• Your misuse of the Service (e.g., attacking external systems)
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Content you submit or actions you take in containers

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria
• Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria
• If you are an EU consumer, you retain rights under your local consumer protection laws

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dobri Lab.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

14.3 Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights/obligations. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

14.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, internet outages, government actions).
